So, the company imports the stretch films for its transportation purpose and distributions to its customers.

The stretch films provided by the company are 55-layers nano stretch films. So, the films are very durable and flexible. The films can effectively resist tears and drills. The films are suitable for grouping goods, arranging goods on pallets, and protecting goods from scratches during transportation. The thickness of the films is 20 microns. The width is 500 millimeters. The length is 1,800 meters.

Warehouse and Shipping

Since the company's products are shrink sleeves that may shrink if the sleeves are not stored properly. So, the company focuses on warehouse management to avoid deteriorated sleeves and other raw materials. The company has five zones of warehouses: films zone, ink and chemicals zone, packaging zone, molds zone, and instant products zone. The films and instant products are stored at 22 – 28 degrees Celsius. To manage the warehouses, the SAP B1 system, which is an ERP system that can efficiently control inventories and shelf lives, is used. Moreover, the company checks stocks at the end of every month.

The printed shrink films are shipped to customers with the trucks at controlled temperatures of 22 – 28 degrees Celsius to prevent film shrinkages, reduce damages during transportation and protect the products from contaminants. The company has 13 trucks that are checked regularly to ensure that the trucks can efficiently control the temperatures. The services of the third parties are also used in the case of insufficient trucks.
