In May 2021,

Shrinkflex was awarded the winner of the HP Inkspiration Awards 2021 (HP Indigo Digital Print) in Singapore, Shrink Sleeves Label Prize.

In last year 2021,

we have started to build a 2^nd branch of factory to be more production capabilities of shrink film as well as expanding into flexible packaging business in this year (2022).

Same year,

the company located a 10-color gravure printing machine (3^rd unit) to support incoming order from customers.

We never stop learning to make our business tough and firm, we were participated in the 4^th Corporate Sustainability Strategy Course, organized by the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

We organized an online seminar for business partners on the topic "The Road to Sustainability with Shrinkflex", to presenting and updating new innovation of shrink film labels that be friendly to environment.

the company received Leading Manufacturer and Distributor of Shrink Sleeve Thailand and Best High-Definition Printing Service Provider Thailand 2021 Awards from World Business Outlook.

and certified by GHP (Good Hygiene Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.

2020 was the year that the company was changed into a public company.

The 1/2020 extraordinary general meeting of Shrinkflex (Thailand) Company Limited on 30^th May 2020 had the resolution to approve the followings.

• Transform the company into a public company, and change its name to Shrinkflex (Thailand) Public Company Limited.
• Change the par value of 10.00 baht to 0.50 baht.
• Increase the registered capitals to 120,000,000 baht by issuing 240,000,000 common stocks with the value of 0.50 baht per stock. As a result, the registered capitals of 100,000,000 baht are increased to 220,000,000 baht including 440,000,000 stocks with the par value of 0.50 baht. The meeting approved not more than 240,000,000 newly issued stocks with the par value of 0.50 as follows.

  1) 120,000,000 newly issued stocks with the par value of 0.50 baht for the existing shareholders (rights offering)

  2) 108,000,000 newly issued stocks with the par value of 0.50 baht for people (initial public offering or IPO)

  3) Not more than 12,000,000 newly issued stocks with the par value of 0.50 for the committees, managers, and/or employees similarly to IPO (any remaining newly offered stock from IPO will be allocated to the committees, managers, and/or employees)

On 1^st June 2020, the company was registered and transformed into a public company.

In June, the company newly issued the paid-up capital of 60.00 million baht.

Originally, the paid-up capitals were 100.00 million baht. The total paid-up capitals were 160.00 million baht to support the business growth.

The company received the Digital Print Excellence Award from HP Inc.

The company started importing and distributing stretch films to the existing customers.
